01Who We Are
VibeFunnels is operated by Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC, 2416 Marian Bay Circle, Anchorage, AK 99515, United States ("we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages or buy our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. Privacy questions: [email protected].
02What We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name and email address when you start checkout, buy, join the community, or email us. Our checkout is a two-step form: your name and email are captured at step one, before payment, so we can deliver your access and follow up if checkout is interrupted.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the last digits of your card for support purposes; we never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us — support emails, community posts, win submissions you ask us to feature.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, referring ads.
- This is collected through cookies and similar technologies by us and the providers in Section 04.
03How We Use Your Information
- Delivering what you bought — sending access emails, managing community membership, providing support and refunds.
- Checkout recovery — if you start checkout and don't finish, we may email you a reminder (you can opt out of any marketing email instantly — see Section 06).
- Marketing — product updates, offers, and content we think you'll want. Only with an unsubscribe link, always.
- Advertising measurement — understanding which ads led to visits and purchases so we don't waste money showing you irrelevant ads.
- Improving our pages — analyzing how visitors use the site so we can fix what's confusing.
- Legal and safety — preventing fraud and abuse, keeping records the law requires (for example, purchase records for tax purposes).
We do not sell your personal information. We are not in the data business; we sell playbooks.
04Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our pages use the following tools, each of which may set cookies or collect usage data:
Meta Pixel
Tells Meta (Facebook/Instagram) which visits and purchases came from our ads, so ads can be measured and shown to relevant audiences. Meta's own privacy policy applies to data it receives.
Microsoft Clarity
Anonymized session analytics (heatmaps, scroll behavior) so we can see where the page confuses people.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector)
The platform our pages, forms, and emails run on. Processes form submissions and page analytics on our behalf.
Stripe
Payment processing and fraud prevention.
Google Fonts
Loads the typefaces on the page; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
You can control cookies in your browser settings, use ad-preference tools offered by Meta, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out. Blocking cookies may affect parts of checkout.
05Who We Share Information With
Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Stripe — payments and refunds
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — website, forms, CRM, and email delivery
- Skool — the community platform (its own terms and privacy policy apply to your activity there)
- Calendly — if you book a call with us
- Meta and Microsoft — advertising measurement and analytics, as described in Section 04
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy continues to apply to your data).
06Your Email Choices
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately; we will still send essential transactional emails (receipts, access links, important account notices) because you need those.
07How Long We Keep Data
Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard retention windows.
08Security
Pages are served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant), and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to help you. No internet system is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.
09Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you (access)
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
10International Visitors
We are a U.S. company and process data in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from your country's.
11Children
Our products are for adults running or building businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted here.
