These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC ("VibeFunnels," "we," "us"), an Alaska limited liability company located at 2416 Marian Bay Circle, Anchorage, AK 99515, United States. By purchasing, accessing, or using any VibeFunnels product, website, or community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
VibeFunnels sells digital educational products, including but not limited to: the VibeFunnels Playbook (PDF and Notion formats), a library of HTML/CSS components ("the Component Vault"), AI prompt and skill files, bonus materials, access to a private community hosted on Skool, and live group office-hours sessions. Optional paid add-ons (such as the Client Handoff Kit) and upsell products (such as Vibe Ads and Vibe Emails) are also digital products.
Delivery is digital and immediate. After a successful purchase, access details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Nothing is shipped. If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes, check spam, then contact us at [email protected].
Our products are educational. They teach a process for building marketing pages using third-party AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude and the Cursor editor) and pasting the output into platforms you separately subscribe to (such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or Webflow). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Their tools have their own costs and terms, which are your responsibility.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person. Here is what that means in practice:
The short version: ship anything you build with it; don't redistribute the kit itself. Violating this license terminates it without refund.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.
Founding pricing. Promotional pricing (for example, the founding-member price) is genuinely limited as described on the sales page. When a stated cap is reached, the price changes. Bonuses described as founding-member bonuses are only guaranteed at the founding price.
Order bumps and upsells are optional, clearly priced before you confirm, and charged only if you accept them.
We make no promises about your results, income, sales, or conversion rates.
Any numbers shown on our pages (for example, cost-per-lead changes, conversion rates, build times, or revenue screenshots) are the actual results of our founder's own projects, shared as examples — they are not typical, not a guarantee, and not a projection of what you will achieve. Most people who buy educational products get little to no results, usually because they don't implement. Your outcome depends on your offer, your market, your effort, your budget, and factors nobody controls. Nothing on our pages is financial, legal, or professional advice.
Where individual experiences are shown (for example, community member wins), they are individual experiences, not promises. We never pay for reviews and never invent testimonials.
Community access is provided through Skool, a third-party platform with its own terms. Live office-hours sessions run on the schedule described at purchase; recordings and scheduling may change over time. Be decent: no spam, no pitching other products, no harassment, no sharing paid materials. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund beyond the 30-day guarantee window.
"Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the product — as long as VibeFunnels actively maintains it. If we ever wind the product down, we will give reasonable notice and make course materials downloadable.
All product content — the playbook, components, prompts, copy frameworks, and branding — is owned by Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC and protected by copyright. Your license in Section 03 is the full extent of the rights granted. Third-party names (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Webflow, Claude, Cursor, Stripe, Skool, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility.
What you build is yours. Funnels and pages you create using the system belong to you (or to your clients, per your agreements with them).
You agree not to use our products or materials to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including pages that violate advertising platform policies, make false claims, or infringe others' rights. What you publish with the system is your responsibility, not ours.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that third-party tools or platforms will keep working the way the playbook describes — AI tools and funnel platforms change constantly, and we update materials on a reasonable-efforts basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recrutu Virtual Assistants LLC and its members and contractors from claims arising out of your use of the products, your violation of these Terms, or anything you build and publish using the materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us 30 days to work it out — most things are fixable with an email. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Alaska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
